Buenas mi nombre es Ivanek de 38 AÑOS, He sido fumador, y he pasado al vaping, llevaba 5 años vapeando, pues el 9 de agosto del 2024 hasta hoy viernes 16 de agosto del presente año, deje de vapear, realmente tienes que tener decision, y aguantar el proceso, estos 7 dias han sido duros, fatiga, poco apetito, cansancio dolor muscular, etc. despues va el sindrome de abstinencia, realmente es un proceso por el cual tienes que pasar si quieres mejorar tu salud, y sobre todo la salud de tu miembro, los cambios se notan internamente, tos, mucosidad, vas a tener poco apetito, vas tener mucha fatiga , debes hidratarte mucho !!!! beber mucha agua y tratar de comer algo!!!!
